God Hopes You Fail, and Honestly, You Should Too!

For all intended purpose’s, God does have your best interest in mind, having said that, God does not want you to succeed in living a worldly life.  Why does God not want me to be successful, and hopes that I fail?

The reason, of course, is that the world wants to give everyone a sense of value, a sense of worth, and a sense of purpose yet without a blink of an eye, for the most part, we except this sense of worth, value, and purpose.  When I say everyone, I mean everyone, to some extent. Why does the world get to have this advantage over us, when the only thing consistent about the world, is that, it is inconsistent?  Why does the world force us into molds of images that do not reflect our innermost parts or our deepest thoughts?  These molds distract us and confuse us, while most times, confining us.

The idea we carry around is that we want to “fit in” but not dive in.  We want to live peacefully and the world makes us think if we refute the mold it casts us into, we are broken, different, and wrong.  Why?  I would offer an answer to this question, stop letting an inconsistent world dictate your every move.  After all, our time on this earth is short enough as it is, so why waste it trying to seek value into something that will do nothing but let us down in the end.

God wants you to know that success in the world means failure when it comes to seeing your worth, value, and purpose.  God tells us in His word that as His creation, we are not to be conformed to this world (Romans 12:2) rather we are to be transformed by the renewal of your mind.  Why would He want this for you?  He wants this for you simply because this earth, will one day disappear, and you will begin to face eternity.  Christ prays for you during your time here because it is very important for Him to inform you, that this earth (John 17:16) is not our final stop on this trip, it is merely a layover.  If you are not seeking the final destination of your travel itinerary, then this world will be the only success you will ever know!  Don’t let the world distract you and make you feel that your success is only what you see, rather it is what you will see after our layover on this earth is over.

My Prayer for you is one that involves your final destination, if earth becomes all you ever desire, it will be all you ever get.

Matthew 6:19-21
